We ship your order within 3 business days of purchase.
We use Canada Post Standard shipping unless specified otherwise in the purchase order.
This service usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at the destination within Canada. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.
All order are shipped directly to the shipping address the customer provides (we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time). We are not responsible for any mistake made by the customer when entering their address.
We offer local pickup within Montreal, QC. You can just use choose the "Pick up at Senthé" shipping option when completing your purchase. Then you'll be able to go pick up your purchase at the Senthé tea house and go center (6547 St-Hubert steet).
International orders generally arrive 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed and customs fees may be assessed. In most cases a tracking number can be ordered at checkout.
Custom fees are assessed by the import customs in your country based on current legislation. The customer is responsible to any custom fees their purchase generated.
USA: Shipping prices are pre-loaded in the checkout section of the website for ease of use. We ship Via Canada Post, which transfers to USPS in the USA.
Rest of the world: You can request a shipping quote with a simple email stating your address and the items you'd like to purchase. It'll be our pleasure to calculate it for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We really want you to be happy with your Nature Imprint pieces. As such, we offer a 15 day return policy.
This offer excludes all shipping charges, which we cannot refund.
In case of breakage occurred in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will send you your order again, provided you've sent us a picture of the item and it's packaging within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resend your order as soon as possible.
